The students did a great job on the Terry Fox walk and obstacle races.
Please send in your pleadge sheets. They are due OCTOBER 12. All money raised goes to the playground fund.
THIS WEEK
Tuesday- Orange Shirt day- theme Every Child Matters
Wednesday- Send in something from a group your child belongs to eg medal from soccer, tutu for dance, baseball shirt etc.
Thursday- Thanksgiving Day celebration in gym 1:30pm
All parents are invited!
Friday- NO SCHOOL- PD day for teachers.

October News
We have had
a great September! This month
is full of new themes. We will be
studying about Thanksgiving, anti-bullying, fall changes, pumpkins and apples,
nutrition, number sense, Halloween and bats.
VOLUNTEERS-If
you would like to volunteer in the classroom one morning, please write me a
date in the agenda. Remember you must have attended the Volunteer Orientation
Program before volunteering in class or on field trips.

Tuesday

October 3- Bring in an item from a group you belong to.
Friday.
October 4- Thanksgiving Day celebration in gym at 1:30pm
Our Class will
be sharing fruit salad together in the afternoon. Please send in one cut up fruit to
share. We will put it all together and
give thanks for our fruit salad.
